Artificial arm will help disabled people with daily activities.

Dr Adam Kurnicki from Lublin University of Technology developed control system for an artificial arm that is fixed to a wheelchair. The arm is designed for people with paresis of upper limbs, who can control it thanks to special sensors that react to head or eyeball movements. The arm can help to open the door, turn on the TV, turn the book pages or help a person with eating or drinking. The technology was developed together with a company: Accrea Engineering.
